MEMBERSHIP
It's that time of year that DAIP collects application(s) and membership dues. The deadline for membership dues is September 1. Dues are delinquent on September 30, 2017.
Please complete the application(s) and mail with your dues to: Donna Hauser, 2803 Carmel Drive, Carrollton, TX 75006. The dues for membership in DAIP/FIWT are $65.00 per year.
NEW MEMBERS, please complete both the DAIP and FIWT applications. All others will complete only the DAIP Membership application.
